You may purchase additional credits at any time, at your current subscription price, from the pricing page in our web app - as long as you are logged in. You'll need to have an active subscription to purchase additional credits.
Our subscription service is less of a subscription, and more of a recurring credit purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time and keep all of the credits you have purchased, to use at any time.
Credits purchased on our platform do not expire at the end of the month. However, your account may be deleted if you remain inactive on our platform for a considerable period of time.
We offer a free trial of our services to eligible parties. If you are an enterprise user, you may request a free trial from us.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and navigate to the 'Billing' section. From there, you can cancel your subscription with a few clicks on Stripe.
